Hire an offshore bookkeeper. Clean books every month.

A dedicated remote bookkeeper who codes transactions, reconciles every account and closes the month on a schedule you set. Vetted, tested and working in your software.

Remote bookkeeper at work
1.The seat

Why companies hire an offshore bookkeeper.

Most small companies run their books in catch-up mode: receipts pile up, accounts get reconciled at tax time, and the owner never knows the real margin. A full-time local bookkeeper is often more seat than the business needs. A dedicated offshore bookkeeper closes that gap with a person who owns the ledger every day.

4.How we hire

100 resumes. 10 interviews. 3 finalists.

We define the seat with you, review about 100 resumes, interview about 10 and put 3 tested finalists in front of you, usually within 7 business days. You interview them free and pay nothing unless you hire.

Questions we ask every bookkeeper finalist

  1. Walk me through how you reconcile a bank account that is off by a small amount.
  2. Which QuickBooks or Xero reports do you send an owner at month end, and why?
  3. Tell me about a time you found a coding mistake from a prior month. What did you do?

7.Questions

Hiring an offshore bookkeeper: common questions.

Can an offshore bookkeeper work in my QuickBooks file?

Yes. They get their own login with only the access the seat needs. We screen for the software you run.

Do they replace my CPA?

No. Your bookkeeper keeps the books current every month. Your CPA still handles tax filing and advice, and usually spends less time cleaning up.

Can I start part time?

Ask on the first call. We will lay out the options for your volume.
